The LOG (Glacier Express Controlling Body) is the highest decision-making body of the Glacier Express. The following people sit on this body:
- The chairmen of the MGB's and RhB's board of management
- The MGB's and RhB's heads of finances and marketing
- The MGB's and RhB's Glacier Express product managers
These members decide on every strategic and operational aspect of the Glacier Express product. The LOG meets about four times a year.
The two Glacier Express product managers are responsible for the management of the Glacier Express. The MGB and RhB railway each provide a product manager.
