Cream of pumpkin soup with Valais smoked bacon cubes
topped with cream and herb croutons


Autumnal salad with herb croutons
with a home-made dressing


Roast pork, pan-seared in rosemary oil and served with a rich pinot-noir gravy
with dried apricot cubes and chopped hazelnuts
Polenta with Valais Alpine cheese
Green beans tossed in Alpine butter

Vegetarians: two quorn steaks (microfungal product) will be served in place of the roast pork
